Andy's Knock Off Chili's Skillet Queso

Ingredients

16 oz Velveeta Cheese

1 cup milk

½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 (15oz) can no-bean chili (Wolf brand)

3 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut Velveeta into one-inch cubes
  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour
